• community place plans or equivalent to identify sites for 2/5 units per settlement.

• Loreburn and other 3rd sector housing professionals to identify funding options and economies of scale.

• LA Planners and Building Standards to secure consents for standard optimised local designs.

• to identify micro new business and local supply chains that can optimise local input and value.

• Increase in Council Tax for AirBnB and 2nd homes “ringfenced” to help fund “rental in perpetuity” houses.
